Development Vision
Our mid-term business aspirations currently undergoing active feasibility evaluation.
An Honest & Prudent Business Model
GBA Intl.'s business project is anchored in careful strategic planning. We believe a sustainable value chain is built step-by-step. Below are the key objectives we are analyzing for the coming years, designed around an honest and realistic business model.
Planning Status
No purchasing agreements or supply contracts have been signed or finalized yet. This realism protects our corporate integrity and ensures a transparent collaboration with all future cooperative partners.
Strategic Axes Under Feasibility Study
Network Establishment (August 2026)
Initiate our first physical exploration trip to Nicaragua to foster relationships of trust with producers in Jinotega, Matagalpa, and Nueva Segovia.
Harvest Validation (2026–2027 Season)
Establish a rigorous quality testing protocol (cupping trials) for the 2026–2027 crop to pinpoint coffee lots that align perfectly with our standards.
First Container Importation (2027)
Plan the secure sea freight of a single 20-foot container of premium green coffee to the Port of Montreal, verifying all logistics, customs, and clearing processes.
Stabilization & Growth (2028)
Aim for a stable yearly volume of two containers in Canada and launch market feasibility studies for France and Spain, where specialty ethical coffee demand is growing.
Proprietary Roasted Brand
Alongside wholesale green coffee sales, explore creating an exclusive roasted coffee brand in Canada in partnership with local micro-roasters to share producer stories directly with consumers.
Sharing the Terroir Story
GBA Intl. aims to go beyond simple green coffee bean trading. Our vision is to be storytellers of origin: explaining to Canadian consumers exactly where their coffee comes from, who harvested it in the mountains of Jinotega or Matagalpa, which processing methods were used, and the positive impact of their purchase. We plan to bootstrap this storytelling effort by partnering with local Canadian craft roasters committed to radical traceability.
