Future Possibilities: Fine Cocoa

Long-term diversification potential into premium Nicaraguan fine-flavor cacao.

Future Flavor Sourcing

Nicaragua's Premium Fine-Flavor Cocoa heritage

Nicaragua produces top-tier cacao varieties recognized worldwide for their intricate aroma profiles (floral, wood, and fruit notes). While this sector is not active today, it aligns with our values of championing sustainable agriculture.

Current Status

This project is strictly prospective and not operational. It represents a long-term diversification concept that would not be formally assessed until 2029 or later, pending successful coffee project execution, a thorough Canadian craft chocolate market analysis, and solid cocoa cooperative connections.
